2014/15- Membership And Loyalty Points

The new Barclays Premier League season will once again see a big demand for tickets for our home games so the club have put in place a number of steps to ensure that as many genuine Palace fans as possible have the opportunity to support the Eagles. 
 
Tickets for all home matches will ONLY be sold to season ticket holders and members and are subject to availability at all times. 

MEMBERSHIPS

As ticket sales are restricted to season ticket holders and members, we have taken the opportunity to review our membership packages. These now add value and reward loyalty depending on which type of member you wish to be. 
 
The new memberships are available for both adults and juniors, including some great benefits to enjoy throughout the season.  

We have also introduced two different types of membership packages for our supporters based around the world so check out all that is now available. You can show your support whether you can get to Selhurst Park on a weekly basis or follow the boys in red and blue from across the world.

LOYALTY SCHEME 

Crystal Palace FC is extremely proud of the incredible passion and dedication of our supporters and we want to make sure that our most loyal fans have first access to tickets for the most demanded games. 

Consequently, we operate a loyalty points scheme that gives priority to supporters with the highest points total when a limited number of tickets is available for certain matches. This is mainly used for the purchase of tickets to away games in London but the scheme will also be used whenever we feel that there is a risk of any fixture being over-subscribed.  

The scheme takes into account previous attendance at matches in the 2012/3 season in the Championship and the 2013/4 season in the Premier League. Supporters can check the total points that they have accrued by logging on to the official web site https://www.cpfctickets.com with their client reference number.

For season 2014/15 you can increase your points total as follows :-  

Season Ticket – 500 points
Adult Silver and Junior Eagle Membership – 100 points and then 20 points per home league game attended

Gold and International Silver Membership – 150 points and then 20 points per home league game attended

Gold International Membership – 250 points and then 20 points per home league game attended

Away games attended – 20 points for Arsenal, Manchester United, Spurs, QPR, West Ham, Chelsea and Liverpool. 40 points for all other fixtures.

Cup Games – points to be advised when fixtures are announced. 

Soon you will also be able to collect points for purchases of merchandise, food and drink from CPFC. 

If a ticket is cancelled, then the points allocated will automatically be deducted from your account. Points can only be added for away games when tickets are booked through CPFC.
