Wilfried Zaha and Bakary Sako have now been away a week with their respective international squads as they prepare for the start of the Africa Cup of Nations Tournament starting on Saturday.

Zaha has been at the Ivory Coast training camp in the United Arab Emirates and provide and provided the cross for his sides winner  in their warm up game as they beat Sweden 2-1 last weekend.

An own-goal from Wilfried Kanon had put Sweden ahead, with Yao Serge Nguessan putting Ivory Coast on level terms on the stroke of half time. Zaha then came into the game from the bench to provide the cross that Tai Serge Nguessan headed home for the winning goal.

In their final warm up game Wilf scored the second of three Ivory Coast goals as they completed a 3-0 victory against Uganda on Wednesday afternoon.

They will be heading to Gabon on Thursday and will play their opening Group C game on 16 January against Togo.

Bakary Sako is in the Mali squad for the tournament and he is with the group preparing for the tournament in Casablanca, Morocco. Their preparation suffered as the friendly against Burkina Faso saw them lose 2-1 last Saturday and now look to bounce back in their final warm up game against a Moroccan select side in a friendly in Rabat on Thursday

They will travel to Gabon on Saturday in preparation for their Group D matches against  Ghana, Egypt and Uganda.
