Young Eagles defender Ryan Inniss has completed a loan move to League One side Gillingham through until the end of the season.

The towering centre-back has recently returned to Palace having spent a month on loan at Conference side Luton Town, making three appearances and scoring once on his debut against Cambridge United in an FA Trophy tie, but has now continued his footballing development by moving up the pyramid with the Gills.

Linking up with former Eagles player and manager Peter Taylor, the 18-year-old will hope to go straight into the side for their next match at home to Sheffield United on Wednesday, aiming to help improve on the Gill's current position of 11th in the table.
