Simon Jordan would like to make it clear that he did not take part in an interview, marked EXCLUSIVE, with the News Of The World on Sunday 20th July 2008.

He has referred this matter to his lawyers.

On the subject of the sale of the club he would also like to state that Crystal Palace Football Club will only be sold to an entity that would have the heart of the club at its best interests.
