The Board of Directors have studied the top three nominees and decided the top employee for January will be-:

ANDREE HAMPSHIRE

Well done to Andree and congratulations on winning the title of 'Employee of the Month' for January 2005.

Andree first joined the Club in April 2002 in the role of Purchase Ledger and since then she has become an integral part of the business and has worked extremely hard over the last few months in her difficult role since returning to the Club in November 2004 after a short spell away. She always maintains a professional attitude to creditors as well as keeping her budget under tight control, she is a vital member of a small team who works under pressure taking on both the demands of line managers and creditors alike, but a strict discipline is always maintained.

Andree always works long hours often arriving before 8am and has helped to cover holidays in her department, always working diligently to ensure that her own work is not affected. She will often be found helping out in other areas of the business when needed, as a helpful and conscientious employee.

We fully endorse this reward for a valuable member of staff who excelled herself during this month. Once again Andree, well done on an award truly deserved!

Andree will receive:-

- A VIP day in the Boardroom for two at a Crystal Palace home/away match of her choice

- £250 of shopping vouchers with a major high street retailer

- A commemorative trophy and photograph
