Getting There
By Car
Leave the M1 at Jct 24 for the A453 towards Nottingham. At the Clifton Bridge complex follow signs for A52 Grantham, go past the Nottingham Knight Island to join the Lings Bar Road at the next traffic island. Follow the A52 signposted Grantham to the Gamston Island and then turn left into Radcliffe Road (A6011). Turn right into Pavillion Road. This will lead you to the main entrance of the ground, with Colwick Road the away supporters entrance.
By Train
The closest station to the City Ground is Nottingham, which is accessible by trains from London St. Pancras.
From The Station
Turn left out of the main entrance. At the corner of the station turn left again into Queens Road and follow this to the T-junction with London Road. Turn right here and follow this road towards the river and Trent Bridge from where you will be able to see the City Ground.
Before Kick Off
The best pubs to visit before the match are probably the Southbank Bar (Trent Bridge), the Stratford Haven (Stratford Road) and the Casa Bar (Arkwright St), which is a family bar on the bank of the River Trent.
