The Communications Department

Posted on: Mon 29 Nov 2010

Good communication is something that we take particularly seriously at Crystal Palace Football Club, so whether you wish to make a comment on any aspect of the club, we will endeavour to point you in the right direction.

The Communications Department at Selhurst Park undertakes many of these tasks and is often your first port of call in contacting the club, as well as producing many of the club's publications and brochures throughout the year.

The award-winning and highly commended matchday programme is produced entirely in-house through the Communications team and graphic designers, whilst the glossy 'SE25' magazine which is available at certain stages of the season is also developed in this way.

In addition, the club's official website which you are now reading is updated and maintained by the team at Selhurst Park in addition to our host Premium TV.

So if you have any reason to contact the Department, whether it is for a birthday request and photograph to go in the matchday programme or to get a special half time announcement, then don't hesitate to get in touch.

Press Conferences

We hold regular press conferences for accredited press - offering interview opportunities with management and playing staff. These usually take place on a Thursday morning before a fixture or on a Monday morning prior to a midweek game or if a special press conference is organised the national media will be informed. Please contact communications@cpfc.co.uk for more information.

Matchday Accreditation

No journalist or photographer will be allowed access to a Football League game at Selhurst Park Stadium without submitting the agreement number provided to them, or their organisation, by Data Co, the body charged with governing media accreditation by the FA Premier League and the Football League.

All applications for media accreditation must be made through the Data Co system at least 24 hours in advance of the fixture.

Fax and and email requests will no longer be accepted. To request a place at a forthcoming Crystal Palace fixture click here

If you do not have an agreement number and intend to apply for accreditation for a match at Selhurst Park Stadium, please contact Derek Johnston directly at the Premier League on djohnston@fapl.co.uk or call 0207 8639121
