Do you read the match report in the newspaper and think you can do better, well we are now giving our younger supporters the the chance to show that you can.

In conjuction with the Football League we are pleased to bring you the Official Junior Reporter Competition as we look to find  our budding sports journalist.

The chosen winner from each club will go forward to national judging to identify one winner from each division, which The Football League will then invite for a day out at the Championship Play-Off Final at Wembley in order to write a report of the day to feature on www.football-league.co.uk.

You can enjoy a day at Wembley in style and show just how good your report is as it is viewed on the site throughout the world.

If you are aged 14 years or under this could be for you and these are the rules :-

- We invite young Palace fans to enter the competition by submitting a match report(s) of a game you have watched here at Selhurst Park during this season.

- The closing date for entry by no later than Wednesday 14th April 2010

- Please include your name, age and contact details with your entry and send either by post Reporter Competition, CPFC, Selhurst Park, London SE25 6PU or on e mail to info@cpfc.co.uk and put Competition in the subject line of the e mail.

- The winner's match report will appear on our official website.

The prize for our winner will include the following:

- Official certificate

- Your name will appear on both the Football League and our official website.

- Goody bag

- Entry put forward for national judging with chance to win a VIP media day out at Wembley for the winner and up to three family members at a Coca-Cola Football League Play-Off Final

- Winning match report published on club website - www.cpfc.co.uk

- Presentation to me made to the winner during half time of a forthcoming home match

- Story about winner (with presentation photo) to be featured on club website and sent to local media.

Don't forget it must be from a match this season and also is only open to supporters age 14 and under.

By entering this competition you agree that if you are selected by the Club as the winner we can provide your name, address and other contact details, together with a copy of your winning entry to The Football League for it to be judged against the winners from all the other clubs as part of The Football League's Official Matchday Reporter competition.
