Barnet 2 - 3 Palace

Palace survived a late comeback against the Bees, running out 3-2 winners in front of 1,371 fans at Underhill.

An own goal put Palace 1-0 up on 18 minutes and just six minutes later a 25-yarder from Ben Watson doubled the lead.  Paul Ifill then tapped in from close range on 28 minutes to put Palace 3-0 up and cruising.

Manager Peter Taylor again gave a run out to youngsters Victor Moses and John Bostock, but Barnet were determined to make a game of it and in the 69th minute they pulled one back to make for a interesting final 15 minutes.

With the pressure being applied Barnet got another goal back in injury time, but Palace held strong for the victory to head into their Sweden trip in winning form.
