Crystal Palace can confirm the signing of striker Simon Thomas from Ryman Premier Division side, Boreham Wood. Thomas has signed a two-year contract for an undisclosed fee.

A tall and explosive striker, Thomas was on top form for Boreham last season scoring a total of 26 goals in 54 appearances.

Thomas has now joined up with the squad for the pre-season tour in Cornwall and cpfc.co.uk will have an exclusive interview with him on his return.
