Neil Warnock is hoping for a strong following for this week's visit to Molineux in the FA Cup Fourth Round tie against Wolves.

Throughout the season the Palace manager has spoken highly of the support shown by the Palace fans both home and away, and has today highlighted that more of the same this weekend will be a key ingredient to his side's progression to the next round.

"Since I have been here I have been impressed week in, week out by the level of support shown to me and the players when we travel away from home. Some of the grounds that we have to go to involve a lot of investment both in terms of cost and time, and so to see over 800 fans at Bristol, over 700 at Cardiff and over 1,000 at Peterborough was just fantastic.

"And it will be just as important this weekend that we have a good crowd travel with us for what will be a tough game. Obviously Wolves are a Premier League side, they have fantastic players throughout the squad and whoever Mick decides to put out against us will be a challenge for our players.

"So it would be fantastic to look up into the stands as we walk out and see a whole load of Crystal Palace supporters cheering us on. I know the players would appreciate it, and I know I would because this competition is an important one for us. We want to progress to the next round and we want to go as far as we can it, but it will require a real team effort on the day."
