Rhoys Wiggins, who has been offered a professional contract for next season, won his fourth Welsh Under 21 cap as Wales defeated Cyprus 1-0 in a friendly.

The only goal of the game came just before half-time with Wrexham's David Williams scoring from Arron Davies' corner.

The match was preparation for the second-leg of Wales Uefa U21 Championship qualifier against Estonia in Wrexham on 24th May. Wales lead 2-0 after goals from David Cotterill and Arron Davies were enough for victory in Talinn a week ago.
