The Crystals have been very busy this summer. One of their highlights has been the Carshalton Carnival, where most of the 200 members of the team turned out to enjoy the local festival and activities. Teamed into pairs, the Crystals Cheer Coaches lead the 6 different age and skill groups of the Carshalton Cheerleaders in their routines.

The Rosettes, Novice, Bronze, Silver and Gold and Sapphire cheer squads are all are keen to show off to the enthusiastic crowds.

Then, the Palace Crystals add their bit of magic for a fabulous finale.

The Palace Crystals also led the team in the carnival procession. Carshalton is accustomed to seeing the red, white and blue uniforms and the crowd calls out for the team to perform some dazzling stunts. Bringing up the rear is the cheerleader float. This year the float was a paddleboat steamer, in keeping with the maritime theme. As just one of the many clubs which participate in this local celebration, the Carshalton Cheerleaders and the Palace Crystals are delighted to support and enjoy the wonderful Carshalton Carnival.
