Victor is a product of the Palace Academy and an extremely highly-rated forward for both club and country. 

A pacy, powerful and skilful player, who can be used as an out-and-out striker or even a bit deeper in support, Victor's rise to the first team squad has been rapid.

After being with the Eagles since his early teens, an agreement was reached with the player over a two-and-a-half year professional deal, which he signed the day after his 17th birthday in December 2007.

Victor first had a taste of life in the senior squad and first team action in the pre-season campaign of 2007, with appearances against Dartford, Barnet, Anderlecht and Everton in which his flair and ability had the watching Palace fans purring in anticipation of what the future may hold for the player.

A former pupil at Whitgift School in Croydon, Victor moved to Britain from Nigeria at a young age and has also been a regular for England at various levels.

He won the Golden Boot at the Under 17 European Championships in May 2007 and scored three goals for England in the Under 17 World Cup held in Korea during August and September.

But he was unable to participate beyond the group stages, returning early with a thigh strain that stinted his promotion to the senior side.

However, on Tuesday 6th November 2007, Victor made his first team debut at Cardiff City, replacing fellow youngster John Bostock after 72 minutes.
