Community Football Coach Recruitment Day

Due to the continual expansion of its work programme in the boroughs of Croydon, Bromley, Sutton and local region the Crystal Palace FC Foundation is holding a coach recruitment day in March and is looking for experienced and reliable part time Community Football Coaches to deliver coaching sessions as part of its school's, sports centre's, Saturday Mini Soccer and school holiday programme. Successful candidates will possess enthusiasm and the ability to motivate and encourage young people to participate in sport or physical activity within a positive learning environment. Experience of football coaching in a wide range of settings including schools, sports centre's and varied community work for players aged 3-16 years is essential. All selected applicants will be required to deliver a 30 minute coaching session as part of the recruitment process which will be held on a weekday.

Applicants must hold;
• FA 1st4Sport Level 2 (or 3) Certificate in Coaching Football
• Safeguarding Children Certificate
• Emergency First Aid Certificate
• Enhanced CRB Clearance Documentation
• Full Driving License and own transport
• To have EEA passport or UK work visa already

Bar & Waiting Staff Required

Crystal Palace Football Club are looking for experienced bar staff and waiting staff to work on match days and the occasional function. All applicants must be of smart appearance and have excellent customer service skills. Good rates of pay. References will be requested.

Turnstile Operators/ Stewards / Security Staff / Hospitality Stewards
Minimum age 18
Match Days only (Saturdays and some evenings)
Hospitality Stewards duties to include lounge area's and Executive Boxes so must be of a smart polite disposition
SIA license not essential but would be an advantage
Previous experience not essential
Training given
Stewarding/Security Hours: 12.30 - 5.00pm Saturdays and night matches 5.30 - 10pm
Hospitality Hours: 12.00 - 5.30pm Saturdays and night matches 5.30 - 10.30pm

Traffic Stewards
Minimum age 18
To work on the external roads within the TMO (traffic management order) on match days only (Saturdays and some evenings)
Duties to include dealing with Away Coaches, Traffic Management, Access to Car Parking

Programmes

The club are also seeking Programme sellers for the 2010/11 season and must be able to work Match days (Saturday's and midweek). Candidates will have good customer skills and the ability to work under pressure.
As well as good rates of pay you will also receive a free ticket to watch the Eagles in action.
