After a trophy winning season, Palace Ladies are looking to kick on and need the help of Palace fans out there to keep up their success. The ladies are looking for sponsorship and, goalscoring hero of their cup victory over Chelsea, Abigail Ingram has made a plea to Palace supporters to get involved and get their name out there.
I currently play football for Crystal Palace Ladies in the Women's South East Combination League which is two leagues below the Women's Premiership. Last season we won the Surrey County Cup beating Chelsea Ladies (who were the previous holders of this title before the match) in the final in front of a crowd of 500 people, winning 2-1.
As a club we do not have much of an income and are looking for the support of sponsorships to help us to continue to grow and push the club to be able to play at the highest standard possible. We have a number of teams running from under 10s with two teams in every age group through to the Women's Senior teams.
We have a lot to offer to sponsors, such as; a page on our website as advertisement including a link directly to the offical CPFC website, a half page spread in the opening men's match day programme and a weekly mention as a sponsor, as well as sponsor logos on training kit or match day kits. Plus the possibility for tickets to a Crystal Palace men's match in an executive box. There are other offers to the sponsors that may be possible depending on the requests of the sponsors, the club is willing to consider other packages.
We are based at The Crystal Palace National Sports Centre as our training facility and home ground. As a sponsor you would also have advertisement opportunities within the centre and around the ground which is used by hundreds of people every day . The centre is often used to hold sports events which bring in hundreds of athletes and spectators, recently holding The Youth Games.
· Sponsorship of a training or match day kit for an individual team or throughout the club. Calculations made are that a training kit for one team is about £300 and match day kit £500.
· Sponsorship of an individual player of your choice - with a donation to cover their season fees or travel etc. A players season subscription to the club is £240
· General sponsorship of a donation to the club of any amount that will help towards expenditure required for match day pitches and training facilities and equipment
Any of the above would be much appreciated and would really help and benefit over 200 players young to old. Please contact me on cpfcliaisonandmedia@crystalpalaceladiesfc.co.uk for more information.
