Alex Wynter signed a three year professional deal with the club in April 2010, along with Jon Williams and Kyle de Silva from the Under 16s.
A versatile player, Alex is comfortable in central midfield, defence or at right back. At just 16 years of age Alex has already made his debut for the Eagles, replacing Darren Ambrose at Sheffield Wednesday in January 2010 in an FA Cup tie at Hillsborough.
Since then he has been on the bench a further three times for the first team and featured heavily for the reserve and academy sides, which he captained. In March 2012 Alex's development stepped up another level when he was told that he would be training with the development squad from then on.
