Ticketing FAQs
Who can buy a ticket online?
We are delighted to be able to offer all our supporters the opportunity to buy online. Those supporters who have not booked with us before can complete one simple form to register before buying tickets. Click here to register.
Who pays a booking fee?
As our most valued supporters there is no booking fee for club members or season ticket holders. Anyone who is not a club member or season ticket holder will be liable for a £1.25 per ticket booking fee to cover delivery costs and administration fees. (Click here to become a member or season ticket holder.)
If I book online will my ticket(s) be sent to me?
When you are at the online checkout page you can choose whether you would like your tickets sent or collected. Tickets will not be sent four working days or less before a fixture. If you are booking a home league ticket you may also opt to print at home (e-ticket).
How does an e-ticket work?
E-tickets are an easy-to-use print at home service that allows supporters to print their own tickets straight. Just select the e-ticket option at the checkout page, print your ticket and bring it along to the game.
When CPFC have a ticket promotion like “Kids for a Quid” can I purchase this type of ticket online?
Unfortunately not at present, currently any special promotions by CPFC can only be booked via our booking line or in person. We are hoping to be able to offer this facility in due course.
If I book a ticket online how soon can I pick it up?
If you wish to collect your ticket from CPFC please allow 24 hours before collecting except on weekends where you can collect from Monday. Otherwise you can select an e-ticket to print at home (home fixtures).
Can I choose my seat for away fixtures?
Unfortunately not, as we are selling tickets on behalf of the club we are visiting we must abide by their selling rules.
Can I give my season ticket to my friend to use?
Season ticket cards are non-transferable. However, should you wish to give your seat to an acquaintance contact the box office prior to the matchday and a paper ticket will be issued for the game. Please note that your season card will become invalid for the match in question.
Can I get a refund on matchday?
CPFC ticket terms and conditions state that no refunds will be issued on the day of the match. If there are exceptional circumstances the holder must apply for a refund in writing to the ticket office with the tickets enclosed.
My season card/match ticket is lost/damaged what can I do?
If you're experiencing an issue with your season card or match ticket, please report it to the ticket office immediately where a new card or ticket can be issued and the lost/damaged one stopped and made invalid.
