Over the next three home games we’ll be rolling out the club loyalty points programme to our food outlets around the stadium.
Starting in the Upper Holmesdale (only) this Sunday 23rd November against Liverpool, just present your season ticket or membership card to staff and collect one point for every £1 you spend.
All points collected on ticket, membership, merchandise and now food / drink purchases, give you access to priority seat bookings and special club offers.

Crystal Palace FC is extremely proud of the incredible passion and dedication of our supporters and we want to make sure that our most loyal fans have first access to tickets for the most demanded games.
Consequently, we operate a loyalty points scheme that gives priority to supporters with the highest points total when a limited number of tickets are available for certain matches. This is mainly used for the purchase of tickets to away games in London but the scheme will also be used whenever we feel that there is a risk of any fixture being over-subscribed.
The scheme takes into account previous attendance at matches in the 2012/3 season in the Championship and the 2013/4 season in the Premier League. Supporters can check the total points that they have accrued by logging on to the official website https://www.cpfctickets.com with their client reference number.
During season 2014/15, you can increase your points totals in the following ways:
Season Ticket – 500 points
Adult Silver and Junior Eagle Membership – 100 points and then 20 points per home league game attended
Silver International Membership – 150 points and then 20 points per home league game attended
Gold International Membership – 250 points and then 20 points per home league game attended
Away games attended – 20 points for Arsenal, Manchester United, Tottenham, QPR, West Ham, Chelsea and Liverpool. 40 points for all other fixtures.
Cup games – points to be advised when fixtures are announced.
If a ticket is cancelled, then the points allocated will automatically be deducted from your account. Points can only be added for away games when tickets are booked through CPFC.
If you are buying match tickets on behalf of other season ticket holders or members you can help them accrue points by assigning their ticket to their account, as long as you have their client reference number at the time of booking. This is a good opportunity to use the family and friends facility available through our ticketing system.
If a ticket is cancelled then the points allocated will automatically be deducted from your account.
Further details of all of the above are available from the box office on 08712 00 00 71 or by emailing email@example.com.
