How can I buy tickets?

or call 08712 00 00 71 or to personal callers at the main box office at Selhurst Park, which is located at the stadium within the club shop.
Who can buy tickets?
Crystal Palace are the only authorised seller of home tickets for matches at Selhurst Park, however tickets are only available to current season ticket holders or current paid members.
I am not a member, can I become one?

I have previously been a member and have a log in but I can’t buy tickets?
No, whilst you can still access your online account you will need to be a current paid member or season ticket holder to buy tickets.
Do you ever sell any tickets to non-members?
No, tickets are only available to current paid members or season ticket holders however depending on the selling phase members/ST holders can purchase more than one ticket, subject to ticket availability.
Can I buy tickets on the day as a non-member?
No, the selling policy is for both for on the day and pre-match sales.
Can I buy tickets in the away area as a non-member?
The away supporter ticket sales policy is decided by the visiting club, any queries regarding their selling policy will need to be directed to the ticket office of the opposition.
Does the club ever sell tickets above the face value?
No, CPFC clearly mark the value of the tickets on the paperwork, you will never be charged more than the face value with the exception of a charity auction where bidding may run higher than the price shown on the ticket.
Can I buy a ticket from a Season ticket holder?
It clearly states in the ticketing T&Cs that a season ticket holder cannot sell their ticket without prior permission from the club, any supporter found to be doing this will be seen as a tout and will run the risk of their season ticket being blocked. If you know a season ticket holder who is not using their ticket for a match then they can contact the club’s ticket office and ask for a paper ticket and inform the club that another person/s will be using their seat for this match.
I am interested in buying a membership but I do not have a log in?
You can set up an account by simply registering your details online, once you decide which membership you would like to purchase you can do so online under your account, when your membership is set up you will be sent a card and allocated a unique client reference number. This will be used as a reference on all of your CPFC transactions to allow you to not only keep track of your purchases online but also to allow you to start collecting loyalty points when you spend at the ground on online, for more information on loyalty points please CLICK HERE
I live overseas and cannot get to many matches, is it worth me becoming a member ?
We understand that we have supporters all over the globe and as such have created several membership packages to suit all requirements. Do you have any third party sites/authorised sellers?
Yes, the club currently have three third party sites that sell our tickets, these are:

When I google for tickets lots of different sites come up, are these authorised?
No, we are aware that there are many sites online claiming to be authorised but these sites are not affiliated with the club, apart from those listed above, tickets sold on these sites are classed as touted tickets and by purchasing from them you will run the risk not being allowed access into the ground.
I have purchased tickets from a third party site, they have all the correct information and they are selling tickets for home CPFC matches, will I be allowed in?
As you have purchased tickets from an unauthorised seller you do run the risk of being denied access, only tickets purchased from the club directly or our registered sites shown above guarantee entry.
If I’m denied access will I get my money back?
As the ticket was sold on a third party site the club cannot be held responsible but we will however give you proof that you were denied access and you will then be advised to pursue the third party site for a refund.
The match is sold out but I have seen tickets available on other sites, could these not be an additional allocation being sold by another supplier ?
When the match is sold out the club will advertise this on the club’s communication channels, you can stay up to date with ticket news by following the club on twitter @CPFC. Any tickets sold on a third party site are classified as touted tickets and may result in you not being allowed access into the ground.

17/18 Season Waiting List
Join the waiting list to be in with a chance of becoming a Season Ticket holder for the 17/18 season at Selhurst Park.
It’s easy to join the list simply secure your place on the waiting list with a deposit of just £10 per person and once the season tickets availability is released we will contact you to make your purchase.
The £10 deposit will be deducted from you final season ticket price.
The sooner you join the waiting list, the higher your priority will be when season tickets become available.
