2020/21 REFUND PROCESS FAQS

  • Log-in to your account here
  • Sign-in using the email address registered to your account and your password
  • If you don’t have an account, create one here – remember to complete your profile and preferences
  • Go to the ‘linked accounts’ tab and type in your client reference (this can be found on your Season Ticket or Membership card)

  • Log-in to your ticketing account here
  • Click your name at the top and select ‘personal details’
  • Select ‘manage my relationships’ under the friends and family section
  • Enter all the required details for your friend or family member

Friends and family who you add as a ‘strong relationship’ on your account are able to access your ticketing account, and manage tickets on your behalf.

This is extremely useful for those who attend games together, or who arrange tickets for friends and family. This option should only be used for people you know well and trust with your tickets.

  • Log-in to your account
  • Click your name at the top and select ‘personal details’
  • Select ‘manage my relationships’ under the friends and family section
  • 'Edit' the supporter you want to create a strong relationship with
  • Choose whether they are a friend or family member
  • Tick the box to allow them to access and manage tickets on your behalf

The refund phase will begin on Thursday, 14th January, and run until midnight on Wednesday, 27th January.

You have four options:

  1. Support the Academy Development Project
  2. Donate to Palace for Life Foundation
  3. Pro-rata refund
  4. Ticket account credit
  • Once signed-in to your account, click your name at the top and select ‘personal details’
  • On the right hand side of your account home page, you will see a box for 20/21 Season Ticket refunds, click on the link at the bottom where it says ‘please click here’
  • Select the games you wish to receive a refund for, then click ‘ok’
  • You will need to enter your payment details for a refund, then select ‘ok’ to finish

  • Once signed-in to your account, click your name at the top of the page and select ‘personal details’
  • Click on ‘tickets’ in the taskbar under your name
  • You will see a list of tickets; select the tickets you would like to choose an option for and click ‘Select your refund option’
  • You will be taken to the refund option page where you can confirm the tickets you are donating and select the Academy or Foundation in the drop down menu.
  • Click 'OK' and then confirm you wish to go ahead with the donation

  • Once signed-in to your account, click your name at the top of the page and select ‘personal details’
  • Click on ‘tickets’ in the taskbar under your name
  • You will see a list of tickets; select the tickets you would like to select an option for and click ‘Select your refund option’
  • You will be taken to the refund option page, confirm the tickets you are selecting to credit, and select ‘Ticketing Account Credit’ in the drop down menu.
  • Click ‘save and close’ then confirm you wish to go ahead with this, then click ‘save and close’ again

You will be able to select any tickets that you are the lead booker for. If you were not the lead booker for your renewal purchase, the person who purchased the tickets must apply on your behalf.

Yes, select the tickets in your name and proceed with your refund option. You can then select any of the other options for the remaining tickets.

To unlink your account, click your name at the top and select ‘personal details’.

Click ‘not you?’ next to your name and client reference.

Go back to the linked accounts page and type in the correct client reference (this can be found on your Season Ticket or Membership card).

Refunds will be processed in the first week of February.

You will receive a pro-rata refund for any fixtures that have been played behind closed doors. During this round of refunds, the fixtures eligible for selection are Brighton & Hove Albion, Leeds United, Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool, Leicester City, and Sheffield United.

Future fixtures will be dealt with in future refund periods and we will keep Season Ticket holders informed of this, based on the latest Government guidance.

A bank transfer will be available, so please complete the refund process, including providing your bank details, and your payment will be made once the refund period closes.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change this once you have confirmed your option.

Yes, only select the match ticket(s) you would like refunded and proceed.

Then click ‘tickets’ under your name and select the remaining tickets to donate.

Yes; your arrangement fee will be paid back to you on a pro-rata basis. E.g. 1/17th of the arrangement fee will be returned to you, in addition to your pro-rata Season Ticket amount, if you decide to select a refund for the Leeds United fixture
