If you bought a Season Ticket for the 2020/21 season, following our recent communications, you are now entitled to select a refund option for the Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool, Leicester City and Sheffield United fixtures.
If you wish to claim a pro-rata refund for fixtures that have been played behind closed doors, please read the section below and follow our step-by-step guide.
Please note this must be done no later than midnight on 27th January to be processed by mid-February.
You can choose to direct refunds for each game to different options. E.g. You could claim a refund for the Brighton ticket, and donate the Newcastle United and Leeds tickets to the Academy Development Project.

Please see below a step-by-step guide for this process.
Step-by-step guide to requesting a refund
Step 1. Go to your ticket account page and navigate to the 'Personal Details' tab. Click on the prompt under '2020/21 Season Ticket Refunds'.
Step 2. Select the tickets that you would like to have refunded and click 'OK'
Step 3. Once you have selected the tickets you would like to have refunded, you will be taken to a pop-up screen that will allow you to select your reimbursement option.
Here you will need to select the “Add Payment Details” to securely enter your refund details.
Step 4. Once you have selected your reimbursement method and clicked 'OK', you will be taken back to the first page you saw. This page will now show which tickets have been selected for refund.
If you wish to cancel your refund request, you can select 'Cancel Refund Request' at any point until midnight 27th January. Otherwise, your refund will be processed by the ticketing department; you will receive a confirmation email confirming the refund due to you, and the money will be in your account by mid-December.
