Your Palace Account gives you access to buy and renew tickets and Memberships, items from the Club Shop, watch Palace TV, and update your personal details.
1) Create a new account
If you’re a Season Ticket holder, Member, or have a ticketing history, we’d suggest you use the same email address previously used to purchase those.
Click here to create your account.
2) Confirm your email and activate your account
Once you’ve filled in your details, we’ll send you an email from login@cpfc.com with a link to confirm your email.
Click the ‘click here’ link in the email to confirm your account
You’ll see this page and your account is ready.
Update your preferences
Make sure you select your contact preferences so you don’t miss important ticketing information from us.
3) Link your Season Ticket or Membership
Now you need to link your ticketing account to your Palace Account – this will let you manage your Season Ticket, Memberships, tickets and refunds online.
If you have an existing Client Ref, link this to your new Palace Account by selecting ‘Linked Accounts’ on your profile – or click this link.
On the page below, enter your ‘client ref’ number.
You can find this on your Season or Membership card, or on the confirmation email you’ll have received from us when purchasing an item from our ticket office.
