Crystal Palace F.C. is committed to promoting equality and diversity across the whole club including its players, staff and supporters. We want to ensure that the environment on a matchday is welcoming to all, and that supporters feel safe.

We will not tolerate racial or homophobic chants or discriminating comments towards a particular individual or group of individuals at Selhurst Park.

You can report discrimination on a matchday by using the Anti-Social Behaviour Text Alert Service.

The service is simple to use. If you are witnessing anti-social behaviour close to you, whether it be foul language, abuse of any sort, people blocking your view or anything else that is causing upset or offence, just send us a text message.

The number is 07507 477 669 (+44 7507 477 669).

Please include as much relevant information as possible, for example: FOUL LANGUAGE, RACISM, SMOKING, STANDING, HOMOPHOBIA etc. Please include the stand, block, row and seat number you are in, and also identify the location of the anti-social behaviour, being as precise as possible.

For example, text the keyword and any additional detail: eg. FOUL LANGUAGE - I'm in the Main Stand, Block C, Row 12, Seat 22. Man in blue hat and black leather jacket, shouting abusive chants towards a player.

Your text message can also be anonymous and all information will be treated in confidence. Please state if you wish to remain anonymous in your message.

Security staff will make every effort to deal with the issue. If they are unable to resolve the issue, each text will be followed up and investigated by a CPFC staff member.

Each text message costs one standard message at your network rate.

You can also contact your nearest steward to report issues. They will do their best to help.

Ticketing FAQs

You can buy tickets in person at the main box office at Selhurst Park, which is located at the stadium within the club shop. They are also available online or over the phone on 08712 00 00 71.

Tickets are only available to current Season Ticket holders or paid members.

Yes, we have a variety of memberships available to suit all budgets and requirements. For more information, find out how to become a member.

Whilst you can still access your online account, you will need to be a current paid member or Season Ticket holder to buy tickets.

No, tickets are only available to current paid members or season ticket holders. However, depending on the selling phase, members or season ticket holders may be able to purchase more than one ticket, subject to availability.

No, the selling policy is for both for on the day and pre-match sales.

The away supporter ticket sales policy is decided by the visiting club. Any queries regarding their selling policy will need to be directed to the ticket office of the opposition.

No, we clearly mark the value of the tickets on the paperwork. You will never be charged more than the face value, with the exception of a charity auction where bidding may run higher than the price shown on the ticket.

It clearly states in the ticketing T&Cs that a Season Ticket holder cannot sell their ticket without prior permission from the club. Any supporter found to be doing this will be seen as a tout, and will run the risk of their season ticket being blocked.

If you know a Season Ticket holder who is not using their ticket for a match then they can contact the club’s ticket office and ask for a paper ticket while informing us that another person/s will be using their seat.

You can set up an account by simply registering your details. Once you decide which membership you would like to purchase, you can do so under your account.

We understand that we have supporters all over the globe and as such have created several membership packages to suit all requirements. We have a specific International Membership that comes with a host of benefits and is very popular with our exiled supporters.

Read more about our membership options.

Yes, the club currently have three third-party sites that sell our tickets:

  • Travel Connections
  • Champions Travel
  • Albermale of London

No, we are aware that there are many sites online claiming to be authorised, but these sites are not affiliated with the club, apart from those listed above. Tickets sold on these sites are classed as touted tickets and by purchasing from them you will run the risk not being allowed access into the ground.

As the ticket was sold on a third-party site, the club cannot be held responsible but we will however give you proof that you were denied access and you will then be advised to pursue the third-party site for a refund.

When the match is sold out, the club will advertise this on this website and across social media. Any tickets sold on a third-party site are classified as touted tickets and may result in you not being allowed access into the ground.

Footballing FAQs

If you or your child are under eight-years-old, contact Palace for Life Foundation. They hold after-school, weekend, school holiday football and skills training. Visit their website here

We do not hold open trials. We have a large scouting network with scouts watching games and tournaments in and around south London. This is our main source of recruiting young and talented players. Our scouts are watching school, county, regional and district games and tournaments across all age groups.

If you are a coach and wish to put a player forward, please email the players’ profile with their playing history and a fixture list to academy@cpfc.co.uk.

As you can imagine, our Academy receives a very large number of applications so if yours is one they are interested in they will send a scout to watch at an upcoming match. You may not be notified of the visit.

If the scout feels that the player has shown potential to play at Academy level, an approach will be made to the manager of your club or school as well as the player’s parents.

If you are interested in playing for our Women’s team, contact the relevant email address below.

For Juniors, email secretary@cpfcw.co.uk. For Seniors, email Paula.johnson@cpfc.co.uk.

Season Ticket holders and Members can. Please bring your Season Ticket or Member Card.

Please note, for Under-23 matches listed as being at 'CPFC Training Ground,' supporters must only enter via Kent County Cricket Ground (Worsley Bridge Road, Beckenham BR3 1RL), with use of toilet facilities and tea/coffee machine in the building.

There is also parking available on the road outside the venue and limited spaces inside the entrance. Please note that entry will not be permitted until 30 minutes before kick-off.

Under-18 home matches are typically played at the CPFC Academy site on Copers Cope Road in Beckenham.
