A bag/backpack small enough to fit under your seat will be allowed into the ground subject to a full search at the turnstiles
If anything is not allowed into the ground you will be able to leave it securely at the Information Centre by Entrance 9. This service is free of charge.
The Information Centre opens three hours prior to kick-off and will close approximately half an hour after the final whistle.

Supporters are permitted to bring homemade picnic-style food into the stadium as well as one 500ml factory sealed bottle of soft drink/water.
Children’s refillable drink bottles and thermos flasks containing hot drinks will be permitted at the discretion of the safety officer, however outside catering is not allowed unless it has been purchased from the Fanzone.
Small umbrellas are permitted. Large ones must be left at the Information Centre beside the Fanzone.
Yes, we provide a complimentary audio commentary service which can be accessed from anywhere inside the stadium.

Children under the age of two are not permitted to attend games at Selhurst Park unless written authorisation from the Matchday Safety Officer has been issued ahead of the game. All requests should be made via the following email address: email@example.com.
Children over the age of two are permitted to attend games, but they must have a valid ticket.
Crystal Palace Stadium Tours are currently in development. To register your interest and be added to our database to receive information around the launch time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to organise a half-time screen message, please contact email@example.com stating which game you will be attending, and provide us with a message and photo to display.
Please also provide us with a contact number so that our accounts team can contact you to take a £15 payment.
Please note the screen is only visible from certain areas of the ground, so if you advise us where you will be sitting, we can confirm whether you will be able to see the screen or not. The cut-off time is three days before a game.

The programme messageboard is free of charge. If you wish to request a message in the programme, email email@example.com with a short message (25 words maximum) and a photo that you would like printed.

The service is simple to use. If you are witnessing anti-social behaviour close to you, whether it be foul language, abuse of any sort, people blocking your view or anything else that is causing upset or offence, just send us a text message.

Please include as much relevant information as possible, for example: FOUL LANGUAGE, RACISM, SMOKING, STANDING, HOMOPHOBIA etc. Please include the stand, block, row and seat number you are in, and also identify the location of the anti-social behaviour, being as precise as possible.
For example, text the keyword and any additional detail: eg. FOUL LANGUAGE - I'm in the Main Stand, Block C, Row 12, Seat 22. Man in blue hat and black leather jacket, shouting abusive chants towards a player.
Your text message can also be anonymous and all information will be treated in confidence. Please state if you wish to remain anonymous in your message.
Security staff will make every effort to deal with the issue. If they are unable to resolve the issue, each text will be followed up and investigated by a CPFC staff member.
Each text message costs one standard message at your network rate.
You can also contact your nearest steward to report issues. They will do their best to help.
Whilst matches are played in front of reduced capacities, our Gold and Junior Gold Memberships are the only Memberships that give you the chance to enter the Member ballot and purchase tickets for matches if you’re successful.
When stadiums return to full capacity, we intend for all of our Memberships to offer ticket access, as well as Gold and Junior Gold Members to be able to take advantage of 72-hour priority ticket access and International Members able to reserve tickets before they go on sale*.

No. We can not guarantee Members will be able to purchase tickets for matches. Tickets will be available to Gold and Junior Gold Memberships via a ticket ballot.
Gold and Junior Members are entitled to enter the ticket ballot for home league games. There is no guarantee that entering the ballot will grant access to purchase tickets.
Tickets will be made available to Members via the ticket ballot after the Season Ticket renewal and sales period has closed.
Each Member can purchase one ticket per game.
When purchasing online, make sure you are using your new Palace Account. It is vital that you have linked your accounts for your Membership benefit to be applied. Once you are logged in, your discount will be automatically added to your basket. If you can’t see the membership discount you expect, please contact email@example.com.
When purchasing in store, show your Membership card at the checkout counter for your discount to be applied.
Before the first league fixture, a unique code will be added into your ticketing account. To listen to the fixture, simply head to the Palace Audio section of our website, where you can enter the unique code to access the commentary.
You will be emailed information regarding Membership competitions as they are opened for entry. Information on how to enter will also be confirmed. To ensure you receive these competition emails, please ensure you are set up to receive our emails, here.
The club will email you to confirm which club partners and local partners you will be able to access discounts from. As partners are added throughout the year, the club will confirm these via email to the address you have registered with.
Membership packs are usually delivered within 14 days if you’re using a UK delivery address and 28 days if using an international address.
When purchasing your Junior Gold Membership, you will be able to choose your shirt type and size as part of the joining process.
Once confirmed, the shirt will be dispatched with your Membership pack.
Yes, during the shirt selection process you can add an adult shirt to your order. An additional fee of £10 will be charged.
These will be sent 24 hours prior to kick-off before every home game to the email address registered to your account.

Yes, we have specific Memberships for our Season Ticket holders to benefit from the amazing benefits our Members do. These can be purchased when a Season Ticket holder is logged in to their Season Ticket account. Season Ticket holders will also receive a discount on Adult Gold Memberships for the 20/21 season.
20/21 Memberships expire after the final game of the 20/21 Premier League season.
No, if you choose to pay monthly you will still be committed to paying the full cost of your Membership over the course of the season.
It is our intention to host the usual Member events during the season, as well as a range of new events for our Members.
All events are dependent on the COVID-19 pandemic.
Gold and Junior Gold Members receive 250 loyalty points and International and Junior Members receive 100 loyalty points. We will confirm the process for using loyalty points to access away tickets when normal ticketing service is resumed.

We do not hold open trials. We have a large scouting network with scouts watching games and tournaments in and around south London. This is our main source of recruiting young and talented players. Our scouts are watching school, county, regional and district games and tournaments across all age groups.

As you can imagine, our Academy receives a very large number of applications so if yours is one they are interested in they will send a scout to watch at an upcoming match. You may not be notified of the visit.
If the scout feels that the player has shown potential to play at Academy level, an approach will be made to the manager of your club or school as well as the player’s parents.

Please note, for Under-23 matches listed as being at 'CPFC Training Ground,' supporters must only enter via Kent County Cricket Ground (Worsley Bridge Road, Beckenham BR3 1RL), with use of toilet facilities and tea/coffee machine in the building.
There is also parking available on the road outside the venue and limited spaces inside the entrance. Please note that entry will not be permitted until 30 minutes before kick-off.
Under-18 home matches are typically played at the CPFC Academy site on Copers Cope Road in Beckenham.
