Kagisho Dikgacoi's stunning volley against Charlton last month has been voted Palace's Goal of the Month by Palace Player subscribers.
The South African beat off competition from nPower Player of the Month Glenn Murray, Kwesi Appiah, Bayan Fenwick and Jason Banton to pick up the award after fans voted his goal as September's best strike on Twitter.
After Owen Garvan's corner had been headed back across the box from Damien Delaney, the ball came to the midfielder who controlled the ball on his chest before lashing the ball into the back of the net. This fantastic piece of skill was the runwaway winner with over 90% of fans selecting it as their favourite goal from the previous month.
On his goal, he said: "We had been doing those types of moves in training sessions so credit should go to the technical staff. We don't just concentrate on playing football, we also pay attention to corners and from the start of this season we have been scoring a few from set-pieces.
"I didn't know that it would mean so much to fans or that we hadn't beaten Charlton on their home ground for so long and when everyone tweeted me thanking me for he goal I was excited."
