We would like to apologise to supporters who experienced service disruptions to the Palace Player service on matchdays. We have identified that there has been a firewall issue and worked as quickly as possible to resolve the problem.
We pride ourselves in the service we provide FL interactive clubs and take any issues like this extremely seriously. Once again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
