The Barclays Premier League fixtures kick-off for us with the first home game against Tottenham Hotspur on August 18th, kick-off 1.30pm, and tickets for this game are now on sale from our box office.
The club are expecting a huge increase in demand for tickets and have introduced a number of new steps to ensure that as many genuine Palace fans as possible have the opportunity to support the Eagles at home and help make Selhurst Park a "fortress" this season.
Tickets for all home matches will ONLY be sold to season ticket holders, members and their guests, and are subject to availability at all times. Please note that to purchase a ticket for a Category A game, you will also need to purchase a Category B ticket at the same time.
In the initial phase of ticket sales, a season ticket holder or member will be limited to one guest ticket for Category A games (whilst also following the A and B purchasing policy above). Guest tickets for Category B games are unlimited, but subject to availability. The box office will require the name and e-mail address of all guests when tickets are purchased.
As ticket sales are restricted to season ticket holders and members, we have taken the opportunity to review our membership packages. These now add value and reward loyalty depending on which type of member you wish to be. For example the platinum membership may appeal to you if you rarely visit the ground or live overseas. This will allow you to stay engaged with the club throughout the season. You may wish to enrol your children in one of our membership schemes for the younger Palace fan, for whom we are offering the Junior Eagles Club and our brand new Pete's Club.
The new memberships are available for both adults and juniors, including some great benefits to enjoy throughout the season.
The Junior memberships start from the beginning of the season and the goodie bags will be sent out at this time.
The new badge for all members and season ticket holders will be available to collect at the ground from the friendly against Lazio on August 10th.

We have also introduced a brand new loyalty scheme that will give priority to supporters with the highest points total when tickets are limited for certain matches, or for special club offers.
The scheme is a great way of rewarding our season ticket holders and members for their continued support of the club. Accumulating points will give priority when it comes to purchasing away match tickets where our allocation may be limited.
Points will be automatically added either to your season ticket or membership card when you purchase through the box office so there is nothing more for you to do.
Points will be awarded as follows:
· Match tickets* (home & away) - 20 points
· Season tickets - 500 points
· Platinum Membership - 200 points
· Gold Membership - 150 points
· Adult/Junior Memberships - 100 points
·Corporate packages - these amounts will vary and available on application
*Season ticket holders will not receive points for any additional home match ticket purchases, but will for away tickets. Points will not be awarded for purchases made at the turnstiles on the day of the game at both home or away games.
Season ticket holders and members for 2013/14 will automatically be enrolled onto the scheme and will be awarded points for their purchase, as well as additional points if they were a 2012/13 season ticket holder or member. A member will also receive points for their ticket purchases for home and away matches during the 2012/13 season, but tickets purchased for guests will not be added to the account.
If you are buying match tickets on behalf of other season ticket holders or members, you can help them accrue points by assigning their ticket to their account, as long as you have their client reference number at the time of booking. This is a good opportunity to use the family and friends facility available through our ticketing system.
If a ticket is cancelled then the points allocated will automatically be deducted from your account.
We are in discussions with our ticket provider to give our supporters the capability to view their points total via the CPFC online tickets section, but for the interim the ticket office will be able to inform you of your balance. At a later date our aim is to involve the club shop and matchday catering services in the scheme.
Further details of all of the above are available from the box office on 08712 00 00 71.
