Palace To Face Crawley In Pre-Season

14 June 2013

Crystal Palace have confirmed they will be taking on Crawley Town at Broadfield Stadium next month as preparations continue ahead of the Eagles' return to the Premier League.

Ian Holloway will take his side to Sussex on 27th July for a 3pm kick-off to face Richie Barker's men who finished 10th in League One last season, having been promoted in their maiden campaign in the Football League from League Two the previous year.

The clubs last met in the League Cup back in 2012 when two goals from Wilfried Zaha saw off the Red Devils at Selhurst, and they also met in pre-season friendlies in the previous two years which brought about a 1-0 win for Town and a goalless draw.

Ticket news will be available shortly.
