Relive 2004/05 On Player

12 June 2013

It's been eight long years since Palace last graced the Premier League, but with the Eagles' place amongst English football's elite secured for next season why not look back on the last time top flight football came to SE25?

Palace Player subscribers can now relive all the action from the 2004/05 campaign when Iain Dowie's side narrowly missed out on survival, having been promoted via the Championship Play-Off final thanks to Neil Shipperley's goal against West Ham United in Cardiff the previous May.

The three part series will show every goal from all of the club's 38 Premier League games, including wins over Liverpool, Tottenham and Aston Villa, plus all the action from the cup games and interviews with the stars of the day including Dowie, 20 goal hero Andy Johnson, Aki Riihilahti and Michael Hughes.

Click here to watch the first third of the season as the Eagles got their season underway, just like Ian Holloway's men will in a couple of month's time, and keep checking back over the next couple of days to watch parts two and three.
