Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering the competition you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them.
Promoter’s Details: CPFC Limited (the “Promoter”), registered in England and Wales under number 07270793 and whose registered office is at Selhurst Park Stadium, Holmesdale Road, London SE25 6PU.
This competition is open to anyone who has attended the Barclays Premier League Live event staged in Mumbai India on 13th-14th December 2014 (“BPL Live”) and resident in India. The Promoter assumes that by entering the competition you are (and you warrant that you are) aged 18 or over, or if you are under 18 that your parents have consented to your entry into this competition and these Terms and Conditions. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.
How to Enter: To enter all you have to do is take a photo of yourself looking like a winner in front of the Crystal Palace Football Club player wall at BPL Live and then post it to Twitter tagged with the hashtag #cpfcmumbai Anyone found to be using multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible and only entries with the #cpfcmumbai tag will be entered. Any photos that include swear words or discriminatory or offensive words or images will be disregarded and duplicated updates will not be considered.
Any photos submitted which feature people must be of you or have been taken with the permission of the subject and must not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. You warrant that the photo you submit is of you or your own work and that you own the copyright for it. Any complaints lodged against your photograph in relation to permissions will result in it being removed. If you use an image you do not own the copyright for we retain the right to provide your name to the owner of the photograph, should they request it. Any images deemed to be inappropriate or offensive will not be published and will be removed. Copyright in all images submitted remains with you. You grant a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to the Promoter to feature your photo in any publications, websites and/or any promotional material, PR or advertising connected with this competition and/or any future marketing campaigns.
Dates: The competition commences midday on Saturday 13 December 2014 and closes midnight on Sunday 14 December 2014 by which time all entries must be received.
Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.
Prize(s): The winner of the competition will receive a Crystal Palace FC shirt signed by the first team squad. The prize is not transferable and no alternative will be offered.
Selection of winner: The competition will run until midnight 14 December 2014 following which time a short list of 3 final entries will be selected from all entries received by Club Ambassador Mark Bright. The 3 final entries will be posted on the Crystal Palace Football Club Facebook page by Tuesday 16 December 2014, with the image collecting the most Facebook ‘Likes’ in the following 48 hours being the winner.
Notification and Winner’s details: The winner will be notified via a direct message on Twitter on 19 December 2014 with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received. The winner may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.
General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Twitter. Neither Facebook nor Twitter accepts liability for this competition.
