Yannick Bolasie came away from White Hart Lane as man of the match in many people's eyes and it was only goalkeeper Hugo Lloris fantastic performance for the home side that prevented all the points going to Palace.
"We went into the game knowing all about Tottenham and the talented players they have but we wanted to be positive and give it a good go and that is what we did.
"We made sure as a team we set ourselves up right for a difficult game and we were on top for a lot of the match."
For the second game in four days the side created a number of chances and Yannick is left frustrated both games didn't bring more return.
"We were pleased with the number of chances we created but we didn't put these opportunities into the net so that has left us feeling disappointed. We know we need to make the most of the chances we get in games but hopefully that next win is not too far away."
There were positives for the lads to draw on and the enjoyment the winger talks about is no surprise when you see him play.
"Coming to White Hart Lane and being disappointed with only getting a point shows how well we performed but we couldn't get past their goalkeeper, who had a real special game and kept us out.
"I try and enjoy every game I play, I am lucky enough to be playing in the Premier League and I know there are no easy matches but from a personal point of view I just try and keep the standards high."
