Glenn Murray is back in the Crystal Palace squad for the first time since May 2013 for this afternoon's Barclays Premier League clash with West Bromwich Albion.
The 30-year-old striker has not featured in competitive action for Palace since injuring his anterior cruciate ligament in the Championship play-off semi-final first leg draw with Brighton and Hove Albion nine months ago.
But Murray, who bagged 31 goals in all competitions for the Eagles last season, will take his place on the bench today ahead of the bottom of the table clash with the Baggies.
New signings Scott Dann, Joe Ledley and Tom Ince are all handed their Palace debuts as Tony Pulis makes three changes from the team that lost 2-0 to Arsenal last weekend.
The three new boys replace Danny Gabbidon, Jonathan Parr and Cameron Jerome in the starting line-up this afternoon.
