Team News: Wickham Starts At Dagenham

Having signed earlier today, Connor Wickham will make his Eagles debut at Dagenham and Redbridge tonight in Palace's final pre-season friendly.

The striker penned a five year deal after signing from Sunderland this morning and goes straight into a strong line-up as Alan Pardew gets the chance to make one final assessment of his squad ahead of Saturday's opener at Norwich City.

Wickham will start in attack alongside Fraizer Campbell and Patrick Bamford, with Alex McCarthy given another chance in goal.

First-teamers Brede Hangeland, Martin Kelly and Chung-yong Lee also get starts with an number of the development squad making up the rest of the starting line-up and substitutes bench.

Dagenham and Redbridge: Cousins, Passley, Widdowson, Partridge, Nosworthy, Boucaud, McClure, Cureton, Hines, Jones, Nicolas Hamalainen. Subs: O'Brien, Connors, Hemmings, Chambers, Ferdinand, Aaron McLean, Doidge. Kyle McFadden, Clevid Dikamona, Gayle.

Palace: McCarthy, Kelly, Hangeland, Croll, Scales, Dymond, Lee, Kaikai, Bamford, Wickham, Campbell. Subs: Kettings, O'Dwyer, Bissaka, Gray, Anderson, Allassani, Breimyr.
