Goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey was delighted to keep a clean sheet in the Eagles' 1-0 home win over Southampton.
Speaking after the game, Hennessey - who made two sensational saves against the Saints - said: "I was a bit disappointed we didn't get the clean sheet at Everton, but it was a decent point and the boys were fantastic. Tonight - I'm buzzing that I got the clean sheet, really happy.
"We all work as a unit, all five of us [in defence]. Since I've been playing in the first team they've been fantastic."
Hennessey denied Shane Long in the dying seconds at Selhurst Park, making a superb stop with his legs.
"That's a game-changer," he said. "I know Longy well and he usually puts those away, but thank god I saved it."
