Yannick Bolasie and his DR Congo side came from two goals behind against Congo to seal a place in the semi-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations with a 4-2 victory.
Ferebory Dore and Thievy Bifouma gave Congo a two goal advantage and then in a hectic 16 minute period of the game DR Congo's Dieumerci Mbokani pulled one goal back before goals from Jeremy Bokila and Joel Kimuaki and then another from Mbokani late on completed an amazing comeback.
Bolasie was delighted to be involved in such a match on the international stage and really believes the team are in great form for the final stages of the competition.
"We made it difficult for ourselves, they scored the first two goals. We have conceded first in every game and we have to stop that.
"Our strikers had plenty of chances and it's good to see them put some away. We need to learn how to take the lead and hold it. Once we get in front I think there's no-one that can stop us.
"You saw in the second half what we are capable of and having been such a long time since we got to the semi-final it means it’s such a big achievement. It is going to be tough but we are really looking forward to it."
