Social Round Up: CPFC in SA

23 July 2015

The Crystal Palace squad are in South Africa through until the beginning of next week, as the Eagles challenge for the Cape Town Cup.

Alan Pardew and his squad - along with new additions Patrick Bamford, Alex McCarthy and Yohan Cabaye - landed in Cape Town on Wednesday afternoon and headed off for training later that day.

The players were busy on social media in the build up to the trip and after landing, so we've picked out some of the best posts from the past week.
