Morrissey To Open Beer Festival

6 May 2015

The club are delighted to announce that Neil Morrissey will be opening this year's 5th Annual Crystal Palace Beer Festival at Selhurst Park Stadium. This year it will take place on Saturday May 30th between 12 noon and 7pm.

Co-founder of Palace Ale, craft-beer aficionado and actor Neil Morrissey will once again be present at the event and The Men Behaving Badly star will cut the ribbon launching a festival that will have a choice of well over 100 beers and ciders from craft producers from all around the UK as well as bottled beers from across the world.

“I am delighted to be returning to the club's latest beer festival later this month” he told the official website. “I was at the inaugural event in 2011 where we launched Palace Ale, and it’s fantastic how all Palace fans come together to celebrate the season.

“It’s great to know that this festival has now become a regular event in the calendar of the supporters and I am told that once again there will be some great beers from across the world for us all to enjoy”.

Over 1200 tickets have already been sold and following the sell out event last year we have made 3,000 places available for the 2015 festival.

There will be a video on the digital channel shortly following Stephen Browett as he takes us around the Cronx Brewery, this will be available at
