Tonight, at the club's annual Awards Night, saw the launch of Crystal Palace's new kits for the 2015/16 campaign.
Once again manufactured by Macron, the kits have been conceived and designed according to the club's proud south London traditions.
The home shirt maintains the traditional red and blue vertical stripes with yellow trim, but with the adoption of a new asymmetrical style. The crew-neck is made with a red and blue knit and on the back sees "Crystal Palace FC" embroided below the neck.
The new away shirt is white with two central red and blue vertical bands and has been inspired by the famous sash kits of the past. Like the home shirt, the logo of the club is placed over the heart and the back of the jersey also features the "Crystal Palace FC" embroidery.
The final shirts will come with the new club sponsor applied, and will be sold in two styles - standard and body-fit. The new range of shirts have been designed with a mix of fabrics: elastan to increase player’s comfort and micromesh inserts to give maximum breathability.
Chairman Steve Parish said: "There's only so many things you can do with a striped shirt so we take a lot of inspiration from the fans and look at kits around Europe and I think the two shirts we've got this year, particularly the away shirt, are fantastic.
"We have completely unique shirts that are designed specifically for us by Macron who are brilliant partners so we're looking at having the same success this year."
Pre-orders for the kits will begin from 1st June, and those supporters who pre-order will receive their shirt in advance of the on-sale date in the shop, which will take place in July (launch date to be confirmed).
