Pardew: Zaha Will Be Motivated For United

8 May 2015

Eagles manager Alan Pardew has discussed the upcoming fixture with Manchester United, commenting on Wilfried Zaha's attitude going into the game with his former club, mentioning the threat the Red Devils pose and more.

He spoke about Zaha's professionalism in the build up to the match, insisting the young winger has been focussed on the task at hand ahead of the late kick off on Selhurst Park.

"He is a player who we hope can grow here and make an impact tomorrow, I'm sure he'll be motivated to do that," he said, regarding the 22-year-old.

Pardew also touched on United's current form, which is the same as the Eagles', having not won or scored in their previous three fixtures.

"They come here with an unusual record for a Man United side, so that creates a big pressure on them. Because they're the biggest club in the world, so it's a big game for them," he said.
