Whilst all the build-up around this game focuses on Chelsea potentially being crowned Premier League champions should they win, Palace will be looking to turn around their form after successive 2-0 home defeats.

Jose Mourinho's side have lost just one game in 95 at Stamford Bridge under the Portuguese boss, but Eagles gaffer Alan Pardew has won four of the last six games he's managed against the Blues.

However Palace have won just seven of their last last 30 London derbies in the Premier League and the champions-elect have lost just once in their last 14 games against the Eagles, but despite the stats the visitors will be aiming to spoil the party.

Chelsea: Diego Costa and Loic Remy could return from their injuries after missing the last couple of games with hamstring complaints.

Apart from those two Mourinho has a fully fit and available squad heading into the final straight of the season.

Crystal Palace: Joel Ward is expected to return to the line-up after missing last weekend's defeat to Hull City with a shin injury.

Fraizer Campbell and Marouane Chamakh are both still on the comeback trail from their hamstring injuries, and could be in contention for a comeback.

Petr Cech made a string of second half saves as Chelsea hung on to edge past a rejuvenated Crystal Palace and move within two points of leaders Arsenal.

Fernando Torres tapped in to put the Blues ahead at Stamford Bridge after Willian's shot rebounded off a post.

Palace equalised via Marouane Chamakh's volley from a Joel Ward cross before Ramires curled Chelsea back in front.

Cech denied Jason Puncheon, Damien Delaney and, crucially, Stuart O'Keefe as the hosts scraped to victory.
