Alan Pardew has given first league starts of the season to Wayne Hennessey and Chung-yong Lee for today’s trip to Liverpool.
The Welsh shot-stopper makes his third Premier League appearance for Palace, and his first since October, ahead of Julian Speroni whereas the South Korean winger starts a game for the first time for the Eagles, replacing Wilfried Zaha.
The pair are two of five changes for the visitors, with Mile Jedinak and Damien Delaney making way for Jason Puncheon and Martin Kelly, and there is also a return for Marouane Chamakh who has been struggling with a hamstring injury for the majority of 2015, who takes Glenn Murray’s spot.
The Reds meanwhile make two changes from the side that drew 1-1 with Chelsea last weekend. Steven Gerrard starts his final game at Anfield before his move Stateside, and Alberto Moreno and Jordon Ibe are preferred to Glen Johnson and Rickie Lambert.
