Cabaye In Line To Face England

5 November 2015

Yohan Cabaye could come up against some big names in the coming few days after the Eagles midfielder was named in France's squad for their upcoming glamour friendlies against Germany and England.

The Palace man has been in fine form this season after scoring four goals so far this season, and that has been rewarded with another call up for Didier Deschamps' Les Bleus squad as they continue their preparations for Euro 2016, where they will be the host nation.

One of six recognised midfielders in the squad, Cabaye could win his 43rd cap on Friday 13th November when his side host the world champions in the Stade de France, before he crosses the Channel to take on England at Wembley the following Tuesday night.

France squad: Lloris (Tottenham), Mandanda (Marseille), Costil (Rennes); Evra (Juventus), Sakho (Liverpool), Sagna, Mangala (both Manchester City), Koscielny (Arsenal), Digne (Roma), Varane (Real Madrid), Jallet (Lyon); Cabaye (Crystal Palace), L.Diarra (Marseille), Matuidi (Paris Saint-Germain), Pogba (Juventus), Sissoko (Newcastle), Schneiderlin (Manchester United); Coman (Bayern Munich), Giroud (Arsenal), Griezmann (Atletico Madrid), Martial (Manchester United), Ben Arfa (Nice), Gignac (Tigres)
