On-loan Crystal Palace midfielder Jake Gray has been nominated for the PFA Fans' Player of the Month award for League Two.
The 20-year-old has scored twice in his first three appearances for the Pools since arriving on loan at Victoria Park last month, and his fine start to life in the north east has led to him being shortlisted for the award.
His rivals for November's award are Brendan Moloney (Northampton), Danny Grainger (Carlisle), Josh Windass (Accrington), Kemar Roofe (Oxford Utd), Marc Richards (Northampton), Matt Green (Mansfield), Matt Taylor (Bristol Rovers), Rhys Murphy (Crawley), Ryan Harley (Exeter), Vadaine Oliver (York) and Yan Klukowski (Newport).
After the final weekend of league action in November, an even shorter list of leading contenders will be announced, however voting will remain open until 7th December.
The winner will be announced after the round of fixtures starting on 8th December.
