Crystal Palace have made two changes to the side that drew 0-0 with Manchester United last weekend for today’s trip to Liverpool, with Pape Souare returning in place of Joel Ward.
The Senegalese left-back comes back into the starting line-up after missing the last fortnight through injury, but is fit for this afternoon’s game against the Reds.
The other alteration sees Dwight Gayle miss out with a hamstring injury, with Bakary Sako filling his spot, meaning Yannick Bolasie is likely to start up front whilst Connor Wickham is named on the bench after his long injury lay-off.
Liverpool meanwhile have made four changes to their starting XI from their Europa League tie in Rubin Kazan on Thursday, with Martin Skrtel coming back in at centre-back to replace Dejan Lovren.
Lucas and Adam Lallana are preferred to Joe Allen and Roberto Firmino, with James Milner dropping out of the matchday squad completely and Philippe Coutinho restored to Jurgen Klopp’s line-up.
