Eagles defender Adrian Mariappa has boosted the number of Eagles stars on international duty to nine after being called up to the Jamaica squad for their CONCACAF World Cup qualifiers against Nicaragua.
After eight Palace players were announced last week, the 28-year-old will also jet off for international action having helped the Reggae Boyz reach the final of the Gold Cup during the summer where they lost to Mexico in their first ever final.
They also competed in the Copa America but saw themselves eliminated at the group stage.
The first leg against Nicaragua takes place in Kingston, Jamaica, on Friday 4th September with the return trip taking place four days later.
The winner of the two-legged game advances to the CONCACAF qualification round four, with three teams ultimately guaranteed to advance to the finals in Russia after the fifth round.
