Team News: Three Changes For Palace

12 September 2015

Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew has made three changes to his side for this afternoon's game against Manchester City.

After playing a starring role off the bench in the 2-1 win against Chelsea last time out, Yannick Bolasie is handed a starting spot up front ahead of Connor Wickham.

With Joel Ward ruled out for the next few weeks with injury, Martin Kelly comes in at right-back, and Brede Hangeland replaces Damien Delaney who has a knock, with Scott Dann handed the captain's armband.

Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has seen Raheem Sterling and David Silva ruled out of this game through injury, with Wilfried Bony and Samir Nasri taking the influential duo's places.

City have been handed a boost though with the news that Bacary Sagna is fit again after getting a knock on international duty, and starts ahead of new signing Nicolas Otamendi, and Jesus Navas is also preferred to Kevin De Bruyne.

Palace: McCarthy, Kelly, Hangeland, Dann, Souare, Cabaye, McArthur, Zaha, Puncheon, Sako, Bolasie. Subs: Hennessey, Mariappa, Jedinak, Mutch, Lee, Campbell, Gayle.

Manchester City: Hart, Sagna, Kompany, Mangala, Kolorov, Fernandinho, Toure, Navas, Nasri, Bony, Aguero. Subs: Caballero, Demichellis, Otamendi, Garcia, De Bruyne, Roberts, Iheanacho.
