Pardew Hails "Intimidating" Home Support

7 April 2016

Alan Pardew has issued a rallying cry to the home fans ahead of Crystal Palace's Premier League meeting with Norwich City on Saturday.

The Eagles boss is anticipating a red hot atmosphere inside Selhurst Park as his side look to stop the rot and build on last weekend's draw away to Europe-chasing West Ham United.

"[We need to] get our crowd rip-roaring behind us!" Pardew said during his pre-match press conference. "So we're going to attack the game.

"Talking to our fans this week, those that I've bumped into, I sense they're really up for this game. I think they're going to find it difficult, Norwich, to deal with the atmosphere.

"It's riotous when we get it going here. It can be very loud and intimidating and they're going to have to deal with that."
