Following Hull City’s play-off final victory the formation of next season’s Premier League is now known as Crystal Palace Football Club get ready to embark on a fourth consecutive season in the top flight.

Steve Bruce led his side to victory against Sheffield Wednesday to join Burnley and Middlesbrough as the promoted teams to the Premier League.
