Wales suffered defeat away to Ukraine on Monday night, as their preparations for EURO 2016 stuttered in Kyiv.
Andriy Yarmolenko scored the only goal of the game inside the first half an hour, capitalising on some nervy defending by Chris Coleman's side. The ex-Eagle made six changes to the side that drew 1-1 with Northern Ireland on Thursday night, with Wayne Hennessey and Jonny Williams among the eleven that started.
Joe Ledley played the final 11 minutes in Kiev, but was unable to get his team back into the tie.
Elsewhere, Mile Jedinak's Australia took on Harry Redknapp and Jordan on Tuesday morning, though the Eagles' skipper was an unused substitute for the 5-1 win in Sydney.
Jedinak is tied with Aki Riihilahti as Palace's most capped international player on 36 appearances, but he will now have to wait until the end of the season, when the Socceroos face England at the Stadium of Light on May 27th, for a chance to break that record.
