The first Business Club networking event of 2017 took place in Speroni’s Restaurant at Selhurst Park on the evening of Thursday 9th February. This special event delivered an evening of hospitality and fine wine tasting, with Palace shareholder and owner of Farr Vintners, Stephen Browett, selecting the wines and guiding the room through the night’s tasting.
Each of the evening’s wines were specially selected by Stephen to compare and contrast against one another whilst complementing each course, with vintages from both the new world as well as the esteemed regions of France, including of course three selections from Bordeaux.
The event was kindly sponsored by Paul Coen Wealth, and Paul was in attendance on the night to highlight the financial hurdles faced as well as the solutions available to business owners and individuals, particularly as the end of the financial year approaches.
A range of companies from around the region were in attendance at the event to make new connections, share ideas and generate business. Arshad Mahmood, Master Tailor and CEO of Aspley Bespoke Tailors commented “Great conversation and food - a wonderful event and each one always surprises me. I never know what to expect but each one provides new knowledge and contacts.”
The next Business Club event will take place in April. To receive the details once the date is confirmed, contact the Selhurst Park Conference & Events team on 020 8768 6013, e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
